This sweet family of grown children lives all over the country, but when they met up for a race they reached out to me to update their family pictures! Of course I said yes, what a sweet moment to be a part of!
We were able to capture photos of the family, parents, siblings, as well as individuals that they could all use for headshots. No worries, I always have enough photos for each family member to get the most use out of the session!

I'm so excited to meet you! Let's chat about what a wonderful experience you're going through, and start planning a fun family session at one of the gorgeous locations around North Alabama.
Are you celebrating? Or maybe it's just been a long time since you've updated your photos and your kids have changed so much already?! Either way, I can't wait to capture all the little things that make your family unique!

Once we choose a date, we start planning all of the details! Do you prefer fields, water, downtown views, or something else? Are you the playful or serious type in your photos? We'll discuss all of these things, and more, to create a session totally tailored to YOU!
Aren't sure what to wear? No worries, I love to help out with outfits! You have the option to choose some items from my client closet, or I can recommend colors and styles that will go best with your location! My number one tip is to compliment, NOT match. Incorporate textures, patterns, and solids to make everything flow smoothly!
Between booking and the date of your session, I'm always just a message away! I may reach out to you to check in, ask questions, or give pointers for having a smooth session! If at anytime you have a question for me, just reach out! I will respond at my earliest convenience and help you out in any way, I'm here to support and encourage my fellow mommas during such a special time!
3. ask me Anything
It's session time!! Hooray! I hope you've been looking forward to it just as much as I have! There is absolutely no reason to stress or rush through our time together. I come prepared! Taking time to meet with and allow my clients (especially the tiny ones) to warm up to me is SO important to me. Taking those few minutes at the beginning of a session helps everything run so smoothly!
As your session goes on, I will guide everyone through every prompt and pose, paying attention to clothing, hair, facial expressions, and more to ensure perfect images. Depending on the photoshoot, I am sure to get a variety of candid and posed images with multiple combinations of family members (which often allows some littles to have breaks if they need it!)
4. let's shoot!
A proof gallery (or gallery if you pre-purchased all of the photos) of all of the best images from your session will be delivered to your email typically within a week of your session! From there, you will be able to officially choose your collection of images, download and share them, and also order artwork from the integrated professional lab!

Rosa was absolutely wonderful! I booked the flower mini session as an early Mother's Day treat for myself, and despite my energetic 2-year-old being a bit wild, Rosa stayed calm and patient throughout. Having access to her client closet was a game-changer—it made outfit coordination much less stressful. The photos turned out beautifully, even with my daughter’s reluctance to cooperate. We will definitely be returning to Rosa for future sessions!

I was looking for a photographer to shoot a couples session/senior pics and stumbled upon Rosa! From the very beginning everything was so easy. Communication, payment, dates, etc. We ended up choosing one of the fall mini sessions in downtown Huntsville that she had available and it was perfect!
My boyfriend and I had no idea how to pose for our pictures but Rosa came fully prepared with different poses. We received our pictures later that week and she did an AMAZING job on the editing and everything. We loved them so much that we bought them all because we couldn’t choose a certain amount. Any concerns or additional editing that I requested she addressed with no complaint or extra charge. And on top of all of that she’s very sweet! It was an amazing experience and whenever we want our pics taken again, Rosa is the first person I’m texting:)

Rosa not only does outdoor sessions, but she has indoor studio which is perfect for newborn sessions, colder weather, etc. The indoor studio is already set up with decor so you only have to show up photo ready. You can also order prints from Rosa, that are back within 2 days and the prints look absolutely amazing! Rosa never disappoints and always deliver exceptional work! Highly recommend!
